Mentors
Someone gave you their time. This is how you pass it on.
If you cleared NEET and you're studying medicine, two to four hours a month is enough to change how one student spends their year.
What's expected
- One student at a time, unless you ask for more.
- One call every week or fortnight, 30–45 minutes.
- A short written check-in midweek. Two lines is fine.
- A screening conversation with a coordinator before you start.
- Following the code of conduct - no promoting products, institutes or paid work.
What you get
- A structure to follow, so you're not inventing mentorship from scratch.
- A group of mentors to ask when you're unsure how to advise.
- Cover when exams or postings make you unavailable - students are never left hanging.
- No obligation to continue beyond the term you commit to.
How to apply
Write to us with your name, medical college, year of study, the subjects you're most confident guiding, and roughly how many hours a month you can give. A coordinator will set up a short conversation.
